ANTI-RUN BACK ELASTIC AND LACE

The unique and exclusive method of manufacturing anti-runback elastic and laces to reduce the risk of unraveling, utilizing a Comez crochet knitting machine. This incorporates a special development by FST Group in England (Tubbs Elastic), which enables the production of the AR product.

PROPERTIES

• Run back is totally eliminated (within 2mm)

• Shrinkage is reduced to 3% instead of normal 5% up to 8%

• The design is well-balanced

• Allows garment construction to be made more economically (See benefits)

• Improved elasticity means the product can have a longer extension and softer modulus.

BENEFITS

• Allows a reduction in sewing costs by reducing the risk of runback

• Sewing on side seams can be reduced to enable reduction in seam bulk. Even flat stretched seams can be used without risk to the elastic or lace.

• The garment will have an improved life span, as the elastic will retain all of its elasticity evenly all the way up to the seam on the garment.

• Accidental damage to the elastic or lace will not result in run back of the elastomers.
